Dodici cover stuzzicanti solo sulla carta, perché alla resa dei conti nessuna delle riletture dell’autrice di Horses aggiunge motivi di interesse agli illustri originali. Né al George Harrison di Within You Without You, direttamente da Sgt. Pepper, né alla White Rabbit dei Jefferson Airplane, né tantomeno a Smells Like Teen Spirit dei Nirvana. Un progetto senza un filo conduttore, da piazzare decisamente in coda a un’ipotetica classifica dei migliori album di Patti Smith.
L'uscita dell'album è stata accompagnata da un EP intitolato Two More, contenente due brani non compresi nell'album: Perfect Day di Lou Reed e Here I Dreamt I Was an Architect dei The Decemberists.
